I will need to take it longer to find out if it really works but I have noticed my nails are very strong and growing well, it also is giving me an energy boost too. I have only just started taking this so it's a bit early to be expecting results. I prefer to add this to my morning coffee. It dissolves immediately and I have found there is no alteration in the taste of my coffee and no unpleasant residue left in the bottom of the cup. So far, so good and I am looking forward to better looking skin, hair and nails but, more importantly for me, improvement in my joints.

So I have Ben using this product for a while now, I’m happy with that. In terms of taste, I should say I didn’t like it first, as it has eggs and fish, so it tastes not good to me, but here is how I solved it; I added the powder to hot water, plus fresh lemon juice and honey, and that did the trick! I loved it! Also there were times that I had no energy at all, but after drinking this I felt very well, so overall I’m satisfied with it, and recommend it, as it’ll help to my skin and hair ...
