Referral Programme Terms & Conditions

• Referral rewards are only valid on first time purchases made by new customers.

• The referred customer must complete a qualifying purchase using the referral link or discount code provided.

• Referrers will receive 2,000 loyalty points once the referred order has been successfully placed and is not cancelled, refunded, charged back, or identified as fraudulent.

• Self referrals are not permitted. You cannot refer yourself using an alternative email address, account, payment method, household, or shipping address. Doing so may result in your loyalty account being closed.

• So Body Co reserves the right to withhold, cancel, or remove referral rewards where fraud, misuse, suspicious activity, or abuse of the referral programme is suspected.

• Referral codes must not be shared on voucher websites, discount forums, paid advertising, or other commercial channels unless explicitly authorised by So Body Co.

• Referral rewards have no cash value and cannot be exchanged for cash.

• Referral offers and rewards can be changed, paused, or withdrawn at any time without notice.

• By participating in the referral programme, both the referrer and referred customer agree to these Terms & Conditions.

• Standard So Body Co website terms, loyalty programme rules, and privacy policies also apply.
