The 10 Step Anti-Ageing Checklist

Experiment with a few to start with, and work towards all 10 for maximum results:

Eat 5-10 portions of colourful fruits and vegetables per day. Berries and leafy greens are a great place to start.

Consume a fist-sized portion of lean protein with every meal. Beans, nuts, seeds, lentils, fish and organic meat are all great options.

If you smoke, take steps to quit. Find support groups near you to increase your chances of success.
