Well let me tell you I never write reviews unless I get blown away by a product. I couldn’t use my thumb it wouldn’t bend it, I struggled to pull my hand brake on, in my car and I had pain all the time. I couldn’t open simple things like the lid to my jam jar. 45 days in but not really feeling any benefits yet. Hoping for improvement in joints and apparently can take 3 months for effects to show. Mix it with my porridge or sometimes coffee and it doesn’t spoil the taste. Don’t like the smell of the powder though, def smells fishy!

The nail growth and strength is the least of the benefits. I had been using this product for around 4-6 months prior to August 25 and the constant aching in my hands/fingers had become so minimal that I hardly noticed it.
